1.0 What Personal Information we collect about you and how we collect it
All our Apps stores your data locally on the devices you use them. We use third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. These tools collect information sent by your device or our Service, including the web pages you visit, add-ons, and other information that assists us in improving the Service. We collect and use this analytics information with analytics information from other Users so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify any particular individual User.

2.0 HEALTHKIT DATA
If you choose to have EVDY steps app integrate with HealthKit then the application will have access only to the health data types you opt-in to access.The health data read from HealthKit is used for display within the app. It is not collected or disclosed outside of your local installation of the app. Only those data types relevant to the app are accessed.EVDY steps app requests permission to write certain data types into your HealthKit data store. In no case is your health data ever transfered to a 3rd party. It is only ever kept within the application or transferred to your personal HealthKit data store as per your permission choices.
3.0 CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone. In the case we discover that someone has provided me with personal information, we will immediately delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
4.0 Changes to the Privacy Policy:
We reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change or modify this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the changed or modified version of the Privacy Policy on the Site.
